Day 12- Meals made simple

I forgot to take pictures of my breakfast and lunch...

For breakfast, I had pancetta w/eggs and spinach 

For lunch, I had grilled chicken breasts, cucumbers, beets, herb cheese and crackers

Snack: hemp protein shake

For dinner, I made a recipe from Danielle Walker's new cookbook. I made a roasted thyme chicken w/gravy and roasted carrots and butternut squash


It looks intimidating to cook a whole chicken but it's actually really easy and cheaper. I had non paleo dinner guests over and they seemed to like the meal so that's always good.
